4WD TC/SEDAN MODIFIED--
This class is for 4wd touring cars. Any stock, modified,
brushed, or brushless electric motor will be legal. Only
24mm or 26mm rubber tires will be legal. Any 190mm sedan
type body will be legal. Only ROAR approved Ni-cad, Ni-mh,
Li-po batteries will be legal.
4WD TC/SEDAN STOCK-- This class is for 4wd touring cars.
Only ROAR legal stock brushed motors or
brushless motors may be used. All other ROAR rules apply.
4WD "BODY" OPEN--This class is for 4wd touring cars.
The only difference here is, in this class the legal body styles will change on a monthly basis. The categories for this
class will be: Truck, Vintage, Lola, and Exotics.
TT-01 Spec TC-- This is the entry level TC class. This
is a great budget class. Only the Tamiya TT-01 chassis may be
used. Only the Tamiya Silver or Black "can" motors are legal.
Each chassis is allowed up to 5 Tamiya brand hop-ups (must be
Tamiya part numbers) (full Bearing sets count as one number). A
spec tire will be voted on in April 08 and this will be the only
legal tire. The minimum
chassis weight allowed is 1500 grams.
M-CLASS--This class is for the Tamiya MO3, MO3M, and MO3L
chassis (Coopers and Swifts). This is the budget class. The specs for this class are intended to keep all cars on a level field
at a price everyone can afford. Only bodies designed to fit the "M" chassis will be legal. Only Tamiya tires and wheels designed to fit the "M"
chassis and conform to the scale look of the body, will be legal. Only the kite type, closed end-bell, silver can motor
(Mabuchi or Johnson) will be legal. No "Black Can Motors"
for the 08 season. The maximum pinion
gear allowed will be 20T.
M-CLASS YOUTH-- This
class for Coopers and Swifts. The only difference here is
only youth drivers (age 5-12 years) may enter
this class.
Want another class? There are two ways to have another class
recognized. (1st) if four or more different drivers enter
three
or more consecutive events, prepared to race a requested class, that
class may be recognized as a new class. (2nd) If six or more
drivers enter an event, prepared to race a requested class, the requested
class will be recognized for that day.
